Circle One Property Management is seeking a hands-on Social Media & Marketplace Coordinator to help manage our digital presence, create consistent content, and keep property listings active and up to date across Facebook Marketplace and other platforms.

This is an execution-focused role. We are not looking for a full production team or highly polished commercial video work. We need someone who can consistently capture useful content, create simple videos, post regularly, and make sure our available properties are being marketed effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish social media content for Circle One Property Management
• Capture basic photo and video content at properties, projects, and company locations
• Edit short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, Reels, and other social platforms
• Create simple, professional graphics and posts when needed
• Write captions and basic marketing copy for social posts
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule
• Create and manage Facebook Marketplace listings for available rental properties
• Upload property photos, descriptions, pricing, and relevant listing information
• Monitor listings and keep availability, pricing, and property information current
• Remove or update listings when properties are leased or availability changes
• Respond to or route incoming Marketplace and social media inquiries
• Coordinate with the property management and leasing teams to identify available units and content opportunities
• Visit properties as needed to collect photos and video
• Organize photo, video, and marketing assets for future use
• Track basic engagement, inquiries, and listing activity
• Assist with additional marketing projects as needed
  

Qualifications

• Comfortable creating content using a smartphone
• Basic video editing skills
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, Facebook Marketplace, and short-form video
• Strong written communication skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple listings and posts at once
• Comfortable working independently and managing a recurring posting schedule
• Reliable transportation for visiting properties when needed
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools is a plus
• Previous experience in social media, property management, real estate, marketing, or content creation is preferred but not required
  

What We’re Looking For

• The ideal candidate is someone who is creative but also highly execution-oriented. You do not need to be a professional videographer. You do need to be able to quickly recognize good content, capture it, edit it, and get it posted.
• This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys social media but also understands that marketing requires consistency, organization, and follow-through.
