We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and collaborative OB/GYN provider to join our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). QualificationsPosition Requirements Board-certified OB/GYN, Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP/APRN), or Physician Assistant (PA) Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in the provider's discipline, including experience working with diverse patient populations Current licensure and certification appropriate to the provider's discipline Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based practice Genuine desire to work with underserved and diverse populations Passion for women's healthcare across the lifespan Commitment to providing comprehensive, patient-centered, and holistic care Ability to work independently while functioning effectively within a multidisciplinary team Strong interpersonal and communication skills A curious, open-minded approach to patient care and collaboration Willingness to ask questions, seek clarification, and recognize that asking for help is an essential part of providing safe, high-quality care Self-directed, dependable, and motivated to identify and address patient and practice needs Preferred Qualifications Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole language skills are a plus Experience working in an FQHC, community health center, or other safety-net setting Experience caring for patients from culturally, socially, and economically diverse backgrounds Interest in addressing health disparities and improving access to women's healthcare #J-18808-Ljbffr CHARTER OAK HEALTH CENTER INC
