We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support Project Managers and Senior Project Managers overseeing multimillion-dollar projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep projects organized, deadlines on track, and operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

\n

\n
• Support Project Managers with project setup, documentation, tracking, and closeout activities.
\n
• Maintain project records, contracts, change orders, and job files.
\n
• Assist with billing preparation, job costing, and financial reporting.
\n
• Enter and maintain project information in Sage accounting software.
\n
• Coordinate timesheets, schedules, reports, and other administrative documentation.
\n
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely project updates.
\n
• Provide general administrative and operational support.
\n

What We're Looking For:

\n

\n
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
\n
• Previous administrative, project coordination, or operations support experience preferred.
\n
• Experience with Sage, Peachtree, or similar accounting software is a plus.
\n
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
\n
• Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable learning new systems.
\n
• Professional communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
\n

Schedule & Benefits:

\n

Hybrid: In-office Tuesday and Thursday; must be in Charlotte, NC; remote Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (must have a designated, distraction free work space).

\n

Monday–Friday: Flexible start times between 7AM and 8AM and end between 4PM and 5PM

\n

Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
