Work Location: Torrance, CA, USA Fully On-Site Work Schedule: 8-5pm Posted Date: 05/28/2026 Salary Range: $37.6 - 78.35 Hourly Employment Type: Indefinite Primary Duties and Responsibilities In this role, you will function as a clinic-level supervisor, performing a variety of clinical and administrative duties related to the management of practice and patient care. You will provide safe, efficient, quality direct patient nursing care in accordance with the Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians. Additional responsibilities include quality monitoring, clinical supply management, supporting established clinic workflows, staff education, and providing direct patient care for a diverse patient population while maintaining high standards and recognizing normal and abnormal signs of life-threatening emergencies. The LVN Supervisor works in collaboration with the Ambulatory Nursing Team to ensure clinical standards are maintained. Job Qualifications Possess an active license issued by the State of CA Board of Vocational Nurse Examiners with Intravenous Therapy and blood withdrawal certification. Possession of active CPR BLS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association. 3+ years LVN experience required. Ability to take vital signs, administer medications, and obtain drug refills as needed. Ability to recognize abnormal laboratory values and report to the physician. Knowledge of symptomatology of common and/or life-threatening medical problems. Interpersonal skills to maintain a cooperative working environment with physicians, staff, and all health providers. Performs phlebotomy, CPR, injections, and other skills within scope of practice. Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, Windows computer function, computer navigation, and ability to use computerized patient care systems. Knowledge of all safety requirements when handling biohazardous specimens or contaminated instruments. Verbal skills to effectively convey sensitive information courteously in person or on the telephone. Ability to lead a team with effective communication, collaboration, and maintaining high-quality standards. Ability to work cooperatively with other staff members, faculty, patients, nursing staff, and others. Team building and leadership skills, preferably with prior supervisory experience. Preferred: Knowledge of all instruments and supplies to perform physical examinations and/or procedures. Preferred: Supervisory experience.
