Banquet Cook

Marriott is seeking a skilled Banquet Cook to support high-volume banquet and catering operations. In this role, you’ll prepare, cook, and plate hot and cold menu items according to standardized recipes, quality, and presentation standards. You’ll coordinate timing with banquet captains, maintain a clean and safe workstation, and follow food safety and HACCP guidelines. Working closely with chefs and culinary team members, you’ll assist with menu prep, banquet setup, and breakdown while helping train junior staff. This role requires strong organization, consistency under pressure, and a passion for guest satisfaction.
