The Lobster Place is hiring for a Hot Line Cook Position in Chelsea, New York City. This is an outstanding opportunity to join an exceptional team of professionals who care about each other, our customers, and our business.

Lobster Place is the most visited location in the renowned Chelsea Market, and our unique operation will build your skills in full service, quick service, and retail formats.

• 2+ years of prior professional hot/cold-line experience required
• Has knowledge of cooking procedures, safety, and sanitation
• Desire & Flexibility to work within all stations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen, serving up to 500 covers per day
• Dependable, team-oriented, with a can-do attitude
• Availability to work weekends & evenings
• Own professional kitchen knives and tools
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Take complete ownership of their workstation and keep it sanitized and ready for business
• Professional, respectful, friendly, dedicated, quality driven & a steward to your teammates, our guests, and the environment
• PM Availability a must: Shifts are from 2-10PM
