This opportunity lets you play a key role in receiving incoming shipments, preparing outbound orders, and helping maintain an organized, efficient warehouse operation. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Previous shipping and receiving experience required Forklift experience required (sit-down or stand-up forklift experience accepted) Experience with inventory control and cycle counting is a plus Comfortable using Excel and basic computer programs for data entry and recordkeeping Strong communication skills for working with internal departments by phone and email Job Duties Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately Receive and verify returned customer hardware and purchase order deliveries Enter shipment and receiving information into Excel spreadsheets Verify serial numbers, quantities, and product information for accuracy Coordinate with sales and other departments regarding inventory and shipments Operate forklifts to move, stage, and store materials Assist with inventory management and cycle counting activities Maintain organized shipping and receiving records Follow established receiving procedures based on customer and product requirements Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment.
