Conduct thorough evaluations across pediatric, adult, and geriatric age groups through standardized assessments and keen observations.
Create tailored treatment plans to meet immediate objectives and enhance long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing abilities.
Implement individualized speech therapy interventions emphasizing language, fluency, voice, and swallowing mechanics.
Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team of physical and occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and families to develop unified care strategies.
Provide informative education to patients and families, ensuring progress continues beyond clinical sessions.
Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, guaranteeing uninterrupted care throughout the healing process.
Maintain comprehensive and timely records in compliance with state and federal regulations and organizational practices.
Engage in ongoing education and peer collaboration to stay at the forefront of the latest advancements in speech-language pathology.
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not already ASHA-certified.
State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hiring.
Expertise in utilizing evidence-based treatment techniques for all age groups, with a solid grasp of both developmental and acquired disorders related to speech, language, and swallowing.
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills that bolster interactions with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Flexibility to modify therapy strategies to accommodate diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Proficient with electronic health records and documentation requirements.
