About the role

HealthFitness is excited to welcome a Front Desk Attendant to support our fitness team at a community client site in Batavia, OH . This part-time role (approximately 10 hours per week) is perfect for someone who enjoys being the first friendly face members see and thrives in an energetic, fitness-focused environment. We are looking for someone with availability for a flexible combination of early mornings (as early as 4:45AM), evenings (as late as 9:30PM), and/or weekends as needed.

Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous customer service experience a plus.

• Adult CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

• Flu vaccination required.

Compensation: $11/hr - $11.23/hr. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
