Membership sales bonus Flexible Hours Discounts on all retail products A glam squad culture where your work actually shows on people's faces Clear career path to grow as a professional Ongoing training In this Role You Will Promote and sell Amazing Lash Studio memberships and retail products Answer phones, book appointments, and enthusiastically greet every guest Make outbound calls, send texts, and email guests daily to drive conversions Create a warm, welcoming environment and respond quickly to guest needs Maintain a membership sales closing rate of 40%+ and collaborate with fellow Lash Consultants Keep the lobby and studio public areas clean, organized, and guest-ready Partner with the Marketing Team on lead conversion strategies Responsibly open and close the studio — this is a key holder position! Qualifications 1+ years of sales experience preferred; results-oriented and metrics-driven Customer service focused with a strong emphasis on member retention and lead outreach Outgoing, positive, energetic, and resourceful — a natural people person Strong communicator with confident interpersonal skills across guests and teammates Organized multitasker and problem solver with solid computer skills Available for flexible days/hours including nights, weekends, and holidays MindBody software experience a plus ©2023 Amazing Lash Franchise, LLC (“ALF”).
