RN ADON Assistant Director of Nursing

As an RN ADON Assistant Director of Nursing, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing facility.

RN ADON Assistant Director of Nursing Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement effective nursing policies and procedures

• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent customer service

• Participate in Performance Improvement activities to identify and implement opportunities for improvement

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams

• Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the nursing unit, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and state licensure standards

RN ADON Assistant Director of Nursing Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of New York

• Prior experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting in a leadership role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
