About who needs care: Slight residual swallow issue post stroke 3 years ago. Osteoporosis and arthritic hands. AOtherwise high functioning prior to accident. Enjoys word search and being outdoors. Normal day would include morning activities such as light housekeeping, afternoon siesta and watching tv after dinner About the care needs: Enjoys conversation. Is bilingual English/Portuguese but first language is English Needs someone to encourage physical therapy exercises to regain muscle strength/balance Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
