Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager who wants to use their marketing knowledge to efficiently move projects from inception to completion. 2-year degree or equivalent (Required) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Friendly outgoing personality and the ability to communicate with clients over the phone or via email on a daily basis Attention to detail and strong work ethic Ability to problem solve and juggle multiple projects at one time Must be proficient in business software such as Google or Microsoft (documents, spreadsheets, calendars, etc.) Marketing background a plus Experience with AI tools a plus Specific production experience in project management, digital media, strategy, email, photography, writing, design, etc. is a plus Responsibilities Work under the direction of the company owners and leadership. Process client projects using agency software and effectively manage on-time, within-budget, delivery of projects. Responsible for development and accurate delivery of all functional aspects of campaigns. For example: set up documents, collect campaign specs, proof and validate creative, final campaign criteria etc., including all necessary approvals. Lead the implementation and production of a variety of channels—direct mail, print, digital, collateral, events, websites, etc. Collect and evaluate vendor estimates and bids. Work with colleagues to prioritize all marketing activities each week and push the team to complete documented priorities. Ensure timely delivery of all materials to vendors and clients. Oversee calendar and work load to ensure production efficiencies. Maintain inventory of completed samples/campaign work in a central repository for purposes of future reference and possible agency case study.
