Responsibilities Providing an excellent guest experience Ensuring that great food is prepared & served Keeping our restaurants functional, clean and beautiful Managing inventory and money control systems Coordinating local marketing initiatives, including community outreach Recruiting staff Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security Being a team player Day-to-Day Responsibilities Recruiting and rewarding outstanding team members Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed, including awareness of local and national healthy and food safety codes Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales Identifying and contacting prospective guests to promote sales Supporting local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring the restaurant is ready on every level for the beginning of a new marketing window Planning special events and promotions Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff Excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members Computer knowledge is essential Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and operate a computerized POS system/cash register, lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally Benefits Brand partnership discounts Scholarship opportunities Opportunity to earn university course credits Hands‑on career experience in a restaurant business Compensation and Benefits Pay : Depends on experience. From $12 per hour plus bonus up to $750 weekly on salary plus bonus. Health Benefit : Health insurance available 90 days – 1 year depending on potions hired in. Vacation : 1–3 weeks, multi‑use (40 hours) and holiday pay 2 to 5 holidays – depends on position and length of time with company. Shift Details : Full Time and Day/Evening/Weekend Shift.
