This role is responsible for delivering high-quality financial planning services, conducting in-depth discovery conversations, and partnering with both clients and wealth advisors to design and implement comprehensive wealth strategies.**Duties And Responsibilities*** Lead financial planning engagements for clients with a net worth of $1-10M.* Conduct thorough discovery conversations to identify client goals, values, and financial objectives.* Develop, present, and review customized financial plans, incorporating retirement, tax, estate, investment, and risk management strategies.* Collaborate closely with internal wealth advisors to support client relationship management and plan implementation.* Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to wealth advisors on financial planning best practices and effective discovery techniques.* Ensure all financial plans meet compliance and regulatory requirements and reflect the firm’s planning philosophy.* Stay informed of industry trends, tax laws, and planning strategies to provide clients with cutting-edge advice.* Perform other duties as assigned.**Basic Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree* CFP designation preferred.* Minimum 8 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.* Strong coaching and presentation abilities.**Exempt Status: (Yes** = not eligible for overtime pay) (**No** = eligible for overtime pay)Yes**Workplace Type:**OfficeOur Approach to **Office** Workplace TypeCertain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
