Residential Electrician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Residential Electrical Service Technician to deliver high-quality electrical services to our clients. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential electrical systems, ensuring all work complies with safety standards and electrical codes. You will lead and mentor service crews, providing technical guidance and support to ensure efficient project completion. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise service technicians, apprentices, and helpers on residential electrical projects. Diagnose electrical problems and perform repairs, installations, and maintenance of residential systems. Ensure all work adheres to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations. Troubleshoot complex electrical issues with technical expertise. Maintain safety standards on job sites and enforce company safety policies. Communicate effectively with customers by explaining work performed and addressing questions. Keep accurate records of work completed, parts used, and hours worked. Mentor junior team members through training and performance evaluations. Coordinate with the Service Manager on scheduling, materials procurement, and project progress. Assist in estimating project costs, planning jobs, and managing budgets. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred but not required.
