Principal Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Principal Full Stack Engineer to lead the development of our core platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys building end-to-end systems, and wants to have a real impact on healthcare technology. What You’ll Do Lead architectural design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js. Mentor and guide other engineers, contributing to code reviews and fostering best practices. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Clinical teams to deliver impactful features. Own the technical roadmap and help drive key decisions on technologies, frameworks, and system architecture. Ensure code quality through testing and continuous integration pipelines. What We’re Looking For 10+ years of experience in full stack development. Deep expertise in JavaScript, React (including hooks and state management), and Node.js. Proven experience building and scaling production-grade SaaS platforms. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Passion for healthcare innovation is a plus. Bonus Points For Experience with medical or clinical data (e.g., HL7, FHIR, CPT, ICD-10). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
