Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring initiatives in Rochester, New York. This Long-term Contract position will focus on managing recruitment activities from initial sourcing through offer coordination while helping teams attract talent with relevant experience efficiently. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in corporate recruiting, high-volume hiring, and applicant tracking systems, along with the ability to build productive partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders.Responsibilities:• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for assigned openings, guiding the process from intake discussions through candidate selection and onboarding coordination.• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify talent through job boards, databases, networking channels, and other recruitment resources.• Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, align on candidate profiles, and maintain momentum throughout the hiring cycle.• Screen applicants, conduct initial evaluations, and present well-matched candidates based on experience, skills, and organizational needs.• Manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and a positive candidate experience.• Maintain up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system and ensure recruitment documentation is complete and organized.• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and follow-up activities to keep the hiring process efficient and thorough.• Support recruiting operations and HR administration tasks related to hiring workflows, reporting, and compliance requirements.
