Job TitleAdministrative Support for Human Resource FunctionsLocationUS-Tennessee-DyersburgOverviewTo provide administrative support for Human Resource functions such as enforcement of policies, procedures, and programs at the location level. To provide support in processing payroll on a bi-weekly basis.ResponsibilitiesMaintain associate information in HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now, AOD). Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation. Assist in processing payroll on a bi-weekly basis. Recruit local talent. Set up and participate in interviews and handle follow up correspondence to candidates. Assist associates with Human Resource-related requests and questions (i.e., benefits, forms, etc.). Coordinate any local company events and the participation of local community outreach activities. Perform any other project/task as assigned by management.QualificationsAssociates degree in business administration or related field, with human resource concentration preferred. Experience may be considered in lieu of education. SHRM-CP and/or PHR, a plus. Five (5) years' human resource experience in a manufacturing industry preferred. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Ability to handle personal and confidential information. Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Good computer/systems skills - MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook). Knowledge of HRIS and timekeeping preferred. Good cooperation and collaboration skills. Attention to detail, high energy, self-motivated and self-reliant. Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
