Livelsberger Financial Advisory office in Ashland Ohio is looking for a local full-time employee to electronically scan and convert paper files to a client database. Knowledge of computers, electronic scanning, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook systems is necessary. Position will require bending, lifting files, filing, answering phones, and other possible office duties regarding finance, investment, and estate planning. Career development is possible in the financial planning field. Pay is competitive in this area, hourly in the beginning with possible career development to a salary. Applicant will need to have a cleared background check with fingerprinting and a drug screening to accept the job. Please only serious applicants apply.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing clerical tasks
- Assist with client portfolios, including organizing documentation and supporting ongoing account needs
- Greet and assist onsite guests in a professional manner
- Answer inbound telephone calls and route inquiries appropriately
- Develop, maintain, and organize filing systems (digital and physical)
- Perform general office duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
