Construction Technologist

As a member of our team, you'll utilize cutting-edge technology like the Robotic Total Station to pinpoint the perfect locations for pipe and duct hangers, sleeves, and floor openings. But that's not all; you'll also collaborate with our QA/QC CTM to explore groundbreaking tech that could revolutionize our industry. You'll be on the front lines, marking the groundwork for underground services and performing precise point layouts with our state-of-the-art tools.

A day in the life:

• Mark ground at jobsites for underground services to be installed
• Perform point layout on jobsites using Robotic Total Stations for field team to install anchors and/or sleeves
• Visit jobsites weekly and perform site captures with iPad and 360 camera (Ricoh Theta Z1)
• Upload site capture data to current web based program
• Maintain strict adherence to company safety rules

You should have:

• Experience as a Plumber, Duct Person, or Electrician
• Ability to review and understand contract drawings, shop drawings and 3D models
• Experience using construction software (Bluebeam, Field Link, ETC.)
• High School diploma (Journeyman's License is a plus)
