MerchLaunch is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Campus Ambassador/Sales Representative to expand our presence on college campuses. This role is ideal for a driven student who is well-connected, proactive, and interested in gaining hands‑on experience in sales, marketing, and business development. Job Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to student organizations, clubs, athletic teams, and campus groups to introduce MerchLaunch services Serve as the primary campus liaison between MerchLaunch and student organizations Research and understand how merchandise purchasing and approvals operate at your institution Coordinate and facilitate on‑campus merchandise ordersGuide organizations through the ordering process from initial interest to order placement Promote brand awareness and represent MerchLaunch at campus events Contribute to marketing efforts, including creating educational and promotional content about MerchLaunch Participate in weekly check-ins with the MerchLaunch team What you’ll get from the role: Uncapped commission structure Real‑world experience in sales, marketing, and business development Opportunity to join a growing startup at an early stage Development of leadership and professional soft skills Strong professional references Potential opportunity for full‑time employment following graduation What we’re looking for: Currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year college or university Highly involved in campus life with a strong network of student connections Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, self‑motivated, and proactive Ability to manage approximately 10 hours per week Ability to lift up to 15 lbs (as needed for merchandise handling) #J-18808-Ljbffr
