Credit Card Customer Support Specialist - Bilingual Spanish

A growing customer support team within the financial services industry is hiring Bilingual Credit Card Customer Support Specialists to assist customers with account servicing, payment support, fraud concerns, and general credit card inquiries. This is a fast-paced, high-volume customer service role ideal for candidates who are fluent in both Spanish and English and enjoy helping customers solve problems while delivering a positive experience. Position Overview As a Credit Card Customer Support Specialist, you will support customers over the phone by answering questions related to their accounts, reviewing transactions, assisting with payments, and resolving general servicing concerns. Representatives should be comfortable navigating multiple computer systems while speaking with customers in both Spanish and English. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls regarding credit card accounts Assist customers with: Payments and balances Fraud and dispute claims Lost or stolen cards Transaction questions Digital account access Balance transfer inquiries Provide bilingual customer support in Spanish and English Translate information clearly and accurately during conversations when needed Research customer concerns and provide timely resolutions Escalate more complex issues appropriately Maintain professionalism and empathy in a high-volume environment Work Environment Inbound call center setting High call volume with back-to-back calls throughout the day Fast-paced and team-oriented atmosphere Heavy computer and system navigation required Ability to multitask across multiple screens and applications is essential Qualifications Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written communication required) Must successfully complete a bilingual assessment and phone screening Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable learning banking and financial terminology Previous customer service, banking, hospitality, retail, or call center experience preferred Ability to remain organized and focused in a busy environment Professional and dependable work ethic Schedule Details This is a 24-hour customer support operation. Candidates must be flexible to work assigned shifts and available to work one weekend day.
