PMO OCM Analyst

Work You'll Do As a PMO OCM Analyst on the Organization, Workforce, & Change team, you will be responsible for:
Preferred:
- Translating complex project data and information into actionable insights, status updates, and client recommendations
- Developing clear, concise, and client-ready PowerPoint presentations, briefings, and written communications
- Coordinating PMO activities, including scheduling, meeting preparation, milestone tracking, action-item follow-up, and management of assigned deliverables
- Supporting client workshops, meetings, events, and site visits, including logistics, facilitation materials, and follow-up activities
- Collaborating on cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution while building consulting and delivery skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
- Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to provide clear guidance to others
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience in supporting change management, communications, or training activities, including stakeholder communications, written content development, and/or workshop facilitation support
- 1+ year of experience supporting project management office initiatives, including synthesizing complex project information, maintaining milestone and dependency tracking, elevating risks, and independently advancing assigned project activities
- Experience analyzing project data and synthesizing information into actionable business insights
- Experience in Microsoft PowerPoint, including developing and formatting client-ready presentations, executive communications, and meeting materials
- Ability to travel 80%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Experience supporting projects or client engagements in the Medicaid industry
- Experience using artificial intelligence-enabled tools in accordance with Deloitte and client requirements for protected health information, personally identifiable information, and other sensitive information
