Product Manager (Mobile Wellness Apps)

What We're Looking For

How would you like to shape the product experience behind a portfolio of apps already generating hundreds of millions in ARR, growing 100% year over year — in one of the world's largest categories that still remains wide open? You'll have real cross-functional authority to shape the experience across Welltech's app portfolio — YogaGo, Muscle Booster, WalkFit — as we relaunch all three on a new, shared tech stack, building the foundational capabilities (onboarding, personalization, content discovery, and more) right, once, in a way that lets every app experiment and innovate faster than it could alone.

Reporting to the CPO, you will own product development for the shared capabilities that power all of Welltech's apps — from the first moment someone opens the app, through the identity, personalization, and content systems that shape everything they do next. You will be responsible for both large step-change product innovation and continued, high-velocity incremental feature development, helping deliver real value to millions of users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the moment that matters most — the onboarding and activation experience across YogaGo, Muscle Booster, and WalkFit — as all three relaunch on a brand-new shared tech stack. You're not inheriting legacy decisions; you're making them.

• Build it once, make it great everywhere — define how shared capabilities like welcome experience, content discovery, and personalization get built as reusable foundations, not duplicated three separate times across three separate teams.

• Turn hunches into proof — design and run experiments focused on activation (getting people to their first workout) and reactivation (winning back the ones who drifted away). You'll always know what's actually working, not just what feels right.

• Reimagine how content gets discovered — push beyond long-form-only browsing into modular, quick-access experiences that meet users where they are, not where the content library assumes they'll be.

• Grow a team that grows with you — manage and mentor a small product team, and build the kind of day-to-day partnership with marketing and engineering leadership that makes big ideas actually ship.

• Prototype before you pitch — build working prototypes yourself, AI-assisted where it helps , so ideas get tested in.

Required skills:

• A proven track record building and scaling direct-to-consumer, mobile-first products — ideally somewhere that lived and died by retention, not just downloads.

• Real experience working alongside performance marketing — you understand what it's brilliant at, and exactly where product has to pick up the slack.

• A track record of shipping features that measurably moved activation, engagement, or retention — not just shipped, but proven.

• People leadership experience — you've led product managers before, and you know the difference between managing tasks and growing people.

• Sharp communication and stakeholder instincts — you can bring marketing and engineering into the same room and actually get alignment.

• Comfortable enough with AI tools to turn a rough idea into something tangible on your own — you don't need to wait for engineering to know if a concept has legs.

• A background forged in scale-up or startup environments , where you're energized by speed, experimentation, and metrics — not slowed down by them.
