Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist experienced in treating neurologically impaired patients, including spinal cord injury, TBI, and stroke populations, for a rehabilitation facility setting.
Details
- Rehabilitation facility setting
- 12-week assignment with a schedule of 5x8-hour day shifts (08:30-17:00), 40 hours weekly
- Must be open to working any day of the week, as self-scheduling is not offered
- Uses Cerner EMR
Requirements
- Active PT license and certifications required at time of consideration (license required if applicable)
- Experience treating neurologically impaired patients, including spinal cord injury, TBI, and stroke
- Cerner EMR experience required and must be listed in employment history
- 1 professional reference required at time of consideration
- Driver's license required for consideration
- Social Security number (full or last 4 digits) and date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
- Radius rule of 50 miles applies for local candidate consideration
- Local candidates may be considered depending on market, pending confirmation
- Candidates should keep requested time off to less than 7 days during the assignment
- Previous Tenet employees or travelers must be disclosed prior to consideration
