Collaborate with teachers and therapists to implement individualized behavior programs. Monitor and analyze data to track progress and modify interventions as needed. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals. Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or clinical settings. Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and methodologies.
