Part Time Security Patrol Officer

Job Description SecurUs Asset Protection LLC is hiring highly competent security professionals to protect our client's premises, assets, and personnel. You will maintain a highly visible presence and act to prevent illegal or inappropriate activities in a safe and effective manner. We believe that customer service plays an important role in the safety and security of our clients. We are looking for individuals who can effectively de‑escalate tense situations while maintaining a high level of respect for all individuals. Responsibilities Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property Apprehend criminals and evict violators Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences Report in detail any suspicious incidents Patrol building and perimeter, randomly or regularly Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates Perform first aid or CPR Skills Proven customer service skills Must have a valid driver’s license Must be able to make sound business decisions The ability to learn and retain knowledge The ability to remain calm in high‑stress situations Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to use mobile devices and computers to complete reports and logs Integrity and professionalism is a must Education High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred) Experience Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) License / Certification Guard card (Preferred) Driver’s license (Required) Shift Availability Day shift (Preferred) Night shift (Preferred) Overnight shift (Preferred) Work Location Multiple locations throughout Washington State #J-18808-Ljbffr SecurUs Asset Protection
