Salary: $79,000 - 116,000 per year Requirements:
- Full-time role requiring U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder status
- Proficiency in Python or Java
- Experience with Node.js and React
- Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud application design
- Experience with serverless architecture, AWS Glue, data integration or feed pipelines, and AWS Aurora
- Practical experience with Terraform
- Knowledge of GitLab, including CI/CD pipelines and code management
- Experience with Kiro or similar AI-assisted development platforms
- Familiarity with RESTful API design, microservices, event-driven architecture, automated testing, secure coding, performance tuning, and scalability
- Ability to debug, analyze logs, and resolve production issues
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Develop and support full-stack software solutions

We are HCLTech, seeking a Senior Developer – Full Stack to help advance technology through innovation and creativity. This is a full-time role with a stated pay range of $95,000–$130,000; compensation within the range depends on skills, experience, education, and other legally permitted factors. The position may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses. Benefits, subject to company policies, include medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death and dismemberment, and disability insurance; an employee assistance program; a 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year; and 10 paid holidays per year.
