Legal Research Analyst

Zasio is seeking a full-time legal research analyst to join our team at our downtown Boise office researching records and information management (RIM) and privacy laws in the U.S. and worldwide. This position is a prerequisite and potential stepping stone into our information governance consulting division. Required Qualifications Include: Experience researching and interpreting regulations, and familiarity with legal terminology Ability to work independently and on a team Ability to perform very detail-orientated work to a quality standard Ability to accurately analyze and parse out relevant requirements in dense statutory text Ability to multi-task, successfully manage time, and deadlines JD/Bar licensure preferred but not required Preferred Qualifications Include: Ability to manage clients successfully including excellent written, and verbal communication skills Experience preparing and conducting presentations Compensation : Zasio commonly attracts and retains legal professionals seeking a career change from traditional law firm demands.
