Job Description
The HACCP is responsible for the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point program, pre-shipment review, SSOP Program, and HAACP & SSOP training. Essential Job Functions
Conduct HACCP & SSOP training. Maintain HACCP & SSOP programs and record keeping. Interact with USDA inspector on HACCP & SSOP related issues. Maintain hold log and document disposition of product. Pre-shipment review. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years in quality assurance in the food industry
- 2-3 years of HACCP writing and overview
- HACCP certified or able to become certified
