Quality Engineer - Bilingual Mandarin Chinese

Description Responsible for writing and executing the shipping document process. Responsible for coordinating and handling shipping related matters. Responsible for training and assessment of skills improvement for inspectors, guiding their work. Supervise the implementation of safety operating procedures in the team. Stop and correct behaviors that violate command rules, force risky operations, and violate operating procedures. Ensure smooth approval of the shipment process during customer and third-party audits. Follow company rules and regulations. Other tasks arranged by the leader Requirements Bilingual in Mandarin and English with oral proficiency in both languages Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related Science field is required. Prior laboratory experience is highly preferred. Have some experience in problem analysis and on-site management. Willing to learn, serious and meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, good personal character and professional ethics. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs individually or up to 50 lbs in tandem.
