As a Caregiver, You Will

• Provide compassionate, non-medical care in clients' homes

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Offer medication reminders

• Build positive relationships with clients, families, and the office team

• Arrive on time and provide reliable, high-quality care

• Follow each client's individualized care plan while promoting their independence

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) with the State of California, or willing to register

• Current CPR & First Aid Certificate

• Current TB clearance

• Must successfully pass a background check
