What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality nursing care in the Emergency Room setting
Assess patient conditions and determine priorities using the nursing process
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Manage multiple patients efficiently during busy shifts
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements

What You Need:

Valid Louisiana RN license
BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications (current)
Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and adapt to changing patient needs
