Warehouse Technician

Hiring Forklift Operators on All Shifts, Starting at $22/hr!!

Are you an experienced forklift operator looking for a stable career with a growing industry leader? Shearer’s Foods, one of North America's largest manufacturers of snacks, cookies, and crackers, is hiring Forklift Drivers/Loaders to join our warehouse team in Moraine, Ohio .

Responsibilities

✅ Loading and unloading trailers safely and accurately

✅ Pulling and staging customer orders

✅ Receiving and verifying inbound shipments

✅ Building pallets and pallet displays

✅ Transporting materials throughout the warehouse

✅ Supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment

✅ Working closely with team members and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction

Essential Skills

• 1+ year of experience operating a sit down or stand up forklift in a warehouse setting.
• Experience operating:
  • Propane sit-down forklifts
  • Stand-up forklifts
  • Reach trucks
• Ability to lift 50–60 lbs. when needed
• Basic math skills
• Strong communication skills
• Team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience operating a man lift is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moraine, OH.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
