Server – Prato 850 (Commack, NY)

Prato 850 is looking for strong servers who can handle volume, stay organized, and create a great guest experience. This is a fast-paced environment where awareness, communication, and hustle matter. You're responsible for your tables, but also part of the entire floor.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, efficient service from greeting to check drop.
• Have full knowledge of the menu, specials, and beverage program.
• Guide guests through food and drink selections with confidence.
• Enter orders accurately and communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar.
• Run food and drinks your table, your responsibility.
• Maintain clean, organized sections throughout service.
• Anticipate guest needs before they ask.
• Handle payments accurately (cash and POS).
• Support teammates during busy service no standing around.
• Complete all opening and closing side work.

Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
