Data Product Analyst

To support the evolution of insurance domain data products, the full-time remote Data Product Analyst will translate business needs into specifications, oversee the data product lifecycle, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Translate domain needs into data product specifications, defining core insurance entities and metrics Design and maintain data products in collaboration with data engineering and platform teams, overseeing the full product lifecycle Define documentation and validation strategies to ensure data quality and support consumer adoption of data products Required Qualifications 6-10 years of experience in data-aligned roles such as data product management, BI/analytics engineering, or data governance Strong knowledge of insurance domain concepts, including policies, claims, and premiums Experience with Reserving, Reinsurance, and Finance Month Close data processes is strongly preferred Familiarity with modern data platforms and governance practices Ability to manage ambiguity and drive alignment across diverse teams
