Heartline Staffing is recruiting Residential Services Aides for an on-site assignment at a Pennsylvania state-operated facility in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. Residential Services Aides support adults with intellectual disabilities with personal care, daily routines, and activities designed to build and maintain independence.

Candidates must have at least 6 months of relevant care experience and be comfortable providing hands-on personal care within a team-based residential setting.

COMPENSATION
• $26.00 per hour
• Paid orientation

SCHEDULE
• All shifts available
• Paid Monday–Friday orientation

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Follow each resident's individual support or training plan.
• Help residents practice self-care and social skills.
• Observe and document resident progress.
• Communicate changes in resident needs or progress to the care team.
• Maintain a safe and respectful living environment.
• Support resident choices, dignity, and independence.

Requirements

Requirements
• Minimum 6 months of relevant care experience REQUIRED
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care REQUIRED
• Ability to work effectively as part of a care team REQUIRED
• Ability to follow individualized support or training plans REQUIRED
• Ability to observe, document, and communicate changes in resident progress or needs REQUIRED
• Ability to successfully complete required clearances and onboarding REQUIRED
• Ability to complete paid Monday–Friday orientation REQUIRED

Preferred
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities
