Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week school-based assignment in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

This is a full-time, in-person position supporting a K–8 student population in a structured school environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This assignment is ideal for SLPs experienced in school-based settings who are comfortable managing a moderate caseload and delivering therapy services to pediatric populations.

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
• 13-week contract
• 5x7.5-hour day shifts
• 07:00–14:30
• 37.5 hours per week
• In-person only
• No block scheduling

COMPENSATION
• Gross: $2,588 per week
• W2: $30.00 per hour
• Tax-Free Stipend: $1,463 per week

CASELOAD
• K–8th grade student population
• Approximately 40–60 students

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide speech and language therapy services to students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct evaluations and assessments
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school standards
Requirements:

• Active Colorado Speech Language Pathologist license required
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required
• School-based experience preferred
• Ability to manage K–8 caseload of 40–60 students
• Must adhere to 5x7.5-hour schedule (07:00–14:30; 37.5 hours per week)
• Resume required for educational submission
• In-person requirement (no remote)
