Neurophysiologist Regional Traveler (Southeast)

NuVasive Clinical Services seeks a Neurophysiologist to provide intraoperative neuromonitoring services across the Southeast region. This 100% travel position involves monitoring patients' nervous systems during surgery, collaborating with surgical teams, and maintaining IOM equipment.
Responsibilities
- Obtain patient medical history and consult with surgeons regarding nervous system structures and monitoring modalities
- Communicate real-time monitoring information to surgeons and surgical teams during procedures
- Display, label, and analyze waveforms for latencies, amplitudes, and conduction times per established protocols
- Complete documentation, prepare IOM logs, and upload files in timely manner
- Maintain neuromonitoring equipment and perform required maintenance checks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience
- Current CNIM (Certified Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring) certification
- Knowledge of IONM, human anatomy and physiology, or technical troubleshooting
- Operating room experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and personal transportation for medical equipment
- Ability to travel up to 100% throughout Southeast region (FL, GA, AL, TN, MS, NC, SC, KY)
- Physical capability to transport and set up 50-pound equipment, stand extended periods, and wear protective equipment
