Acara Solutions is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to work with our client headquartered in Boston, MA. This position is 100% remote. Pay: $25.00/hour Schedule: Full Time (40 hours per week) Job Type: 6‑month contract with possible opportunity of extension Overview We're seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Specialist to join the Toast team for a 6‑month contract role. As part of our Marketing Suite team, you'll play a critical role in providing full-service demand‑generation to restaurants, using a variety of Toast products such as Email, SMS, Social Media, SEO, Ads, printed assets and more. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for digital marketing, copywriting, SEO and brand management. You'll work closely with restaurant owners, bringing their vision to life, implementing our tools, and identifying areas for improvement to ensure a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities Be the point of contact across onboarding, approvals and keeping customers informed on the latest and greatest with their marketing plans. Own the monthly marketing cycle – create the strategy, calendar, copy and designs for marketing campaigns across Email, SMS and Social, leveraging Toast's internal tools. Set up and maintain automations such as winback campaigns, receipt marketing and happy hour deals. Execute channel optimizations (SEO, Google Business Profile, website, listings) and design flyers or other printed collateral as needed. Report & iterate – deliver monthly performance reports with clear insights; adjust tactics to hit customer goals. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of experience with digital marketing tools Minimum 2 years of experience interfacing with customers on a recurring basis Preferred Qualifications A strong eye for design and ability to create visually appealing, user‑friendly campaigns. Excellent project management and communication skills Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
