The facility operates on-site and maintains established clinical protocols and structured workflows to support continuous care delivery. Support staff includes one CNM, OB nurses, and four full-time OB/GYN clinicians throughout all assigned coverage periods.

About the Clinician's Workday
Clinicians will provide obstetric and gynecologic coverage in an OR setting through 24-hour call shifts on an on-site basis, with a start date of December or January. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, structured at a 1:4 call ratio, and continuous on-site availability is expected throughout each designated coverage period. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required for all clinicians considered for this position.
