Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R)
• Valid state license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a hospital or clinical setting
• Proficiency performing X-rays and general radiologic imaging
• Strong understanding of radiation safety procedures
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate radiologic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images following physician orders
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures with compassion and professionalism
• Ensure proper safety protocols to protect patients, staff, and self from unnecessary radiation exposure
• Maintain accurate imaging records and input patient data into electronic systems
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians regarding patient imaging needs and diagnostic results
• Perform routine equipment checks and coordinate maintenance as needed
• Uphold confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
