Responsibilities This opportunity is Part time Day shift position. Wellington Regional Medical Center is located in Wellington, Florida. Ability to read, write, and working knowledge of medical terminology. Able to perform detailed assignments and work under pressure. Possesses communication skills in order to relate to patients, hospital staff, physicians, and others. American Heart Association certification in BLS required. Basic EKG or arrhythmia recognition course required. Computer experience preferred. Roles and Responsibilities Assumes responsibility and accountability for performing the Monitor Technician duties including recognition, interpretation, documentation, and communication of cardiac telemetry rhythm strips. Qualifications This position requires skills and qualifications outlined in the Job Requirements section. Additional qualifications may include familiarity with medical record systems and proficiency in multitasking during high‑volume clinical environments.
