Elevation Global is expanding throughout Arizona, and we're looking for ambitious, outgoing, and career-driven individuals to join our growing team as Sales & Marketing Associates .
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to develop valuable skills in sales, customer engagement, marketing, and business leadership.
No previous sales or marketing experience is required. We provide hands-on training, professional development, and opportunities for advancement based on performance.
What You'll Do
- Represent our clients through face-to-face marketing campaigns, retail promotions, and community events.
- Engage with potential customers to introduce products, services, and promotional offers.
- Build positive customer relationships while delivering an exceptional brand experience.
- Support customer acquisition and business development initiatives across Arizona.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and company performance goals.
- Participate in daily coaching, sales training, and leadership development.
- Develop skills in communication, negotiation, marketing strategy, and customer relationship management.
