Key Responsibilities Provide effective back office support for French-speaking customers through various communication channels. Assist in resolving account, payment, and technical issues promptly and accurately. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient problem resolution and process improvements. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and back office procedures. Stay up to date with gaming products, industry trends, and regulations. Participate in ongoing training to enhance professional knowledge and skills. Requirements Fluency in French (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an asset. Experience in back office support or customer service, preferably within the gaming industry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
