A1 Appliance Installs specializes in installing high-end appliances in luxury homes across the Las Vegas Valley. We work with homeowners, builders, and designers who expect precision, professionalism, and a flawless finish. We're looking for an experienced Lead Installer to run jobs in the field and set the standard for our crews.

What You'll Do

• Lead install crews on residential, warranty, and new-construction jobs from arrival through final walkthrough
• Install built-in, panel-ready, and freestanding luxury appliances, including refrigeration, ranges, rangetops, wall ovens, cooktops, ventilation, dishwashers, and wine storage
• Handle high-end finishes (stainless, custom panels, glass, and specialty trim) carefully, with zero damage to the product or the home
• Protect floors, cabinetry, countertops, and doorways on every job
• Read spec sheets, cutout dimensions, and installation manuals, and flag site issues before they become problems
• Keep jobs on schedule, direct helpers, and keep the crew productive and accountable
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and the office, and document completed work with photos and notes
• Keep tools, equipment, and the vehicle organized and job-ready

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of appliance installation experience, with lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of luxury brands such as Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Miele, Gaggenau, Viking, Monogram, JennAir, and Fisher & Paykel is strongly preferred
• Able to regularly lift, push, pull, and maneuver heavy appliances (100+ lbs with team lifts and equipment), and to kneel, climb, and work in tight spaces
• Careful, precise work habits: you treat every unit like it's a $20,000 appliance, because it often is
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
• A self-starter who takes ownership, drives the work forward, and leads by example
• Professional appearance and communication in clients' homes
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Knowledge and use of hand tools
• Your own hand tools (preferred)
