Details:

• Responsible for providing desk-side and subject matter expert support for IT related services for employees in an office, clinical & research laboratory setting.
• This position requires the individual to support and troubleshoot system and network issues related to end-user, laboratory IT and VoIP equipment, according to standard operating procedures.
• Must have excellent communication skills, a background in PC/mobile support, and experience working within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Essential Functions:

• Provide Desk-side And Subject Matter Expert Support For It Related Services For Employees In An Office, Clinical & Research Laboratory Setting.
• Support And Troubleshoot System And Network Issues Related To End-user, Laboratory It And Voip Equipment, According To Standard Operating Procedures.
• Use An Itsm To Manage All Incidents And Requests To Ensure That Work Is Completed To The Customers Satisfaction In A Timely Manner And According To The Service Level Agreements (slas).
• Manage Exchange Online Including Mailboxes, Distribution Groups, Calendars, And Assist In Configuring And Maintaining Active Directory, Azure, And Office 365 Accounts.
• Assist Users With Activating And Troubleshooting Company-owned Mobile Devices (apple Ios) And Configure/troubleshoot Network Printers.
• Responsible For Supporting Audio And Visual Equipment For Conference Rooms And Educating Employees In Its Use.
• Any Other Duties Of Similar Or Lesser Nature As Required.

Competencies, Skills And Abilities:

• Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in IT end-user and desk support.
• Experience working within the pharmaceutical industry and regulated environments is required.
• Strong experience working with local Active Directory, AzureAD, and enterprise Mobile Device Management technologies.
• Working knowledge and understanding of network technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routers, and switches.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Ensure superior customer service is always provided and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between $30.00 - 33.00 per hour . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
