Position Overview

CDL:

Class A (Reefer)
Transmission:

Mostly automatic; some manual
Fleet:

Modern, generally 5 years old or newer
Freight:

Produce products
Routes:

Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Cincinnati, and Buffalo, NY
Stops:

Typically 24 per day
Freight Handling:

Combination of touch and no-touch; drivers may occasionally load/unload using a pallet jack
Schedule

Days:

MondayFriday
Start Time:

Typically 4:005:00 AM
Hours:

Approximately 1012 hours per day
Routes:

Drivers are generally kept on similar routes but may vary based on business needs.
Pay

$24$26/hour (depending on experience)
Overtime after 40 hours
Weekly pay
Safety & retention bonuses: Up to $2,000 every 6 months

Requirements

23 years of CDL A experience preferred
OTR, regional, or long-haul local experience preferred
Ability to lift up to

50 lbs.
Clean MVR with

zero license points
No recent accidents
MVR reviewed over the past 3-4 years
Background Requirements

No SAP drivers
No previous DUIs
No failed drug screenings
No sexual or violent offenses
No more than 3 total convictions
