Pre-Anesthesia APP (PRN) Critical Surgical Prep

Horizon Health is seeking a PRN Advanced Practice Provider to join our Pre-Anesthesia Clinic in Paris, Illinois. The APP will assess patients before surgery, coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, and support education for patients and families about anesthesia expectations.
Ideal candidates hold an Illinois APRN license (Indiana licensure willingness), BLS, and prefer 3+ years of APP experience. The role offers flexible scheduling and a team that values work-life balance and community
